Account Types & Terms

Sports Images offers 3 different account options.

1. Standard Credit Account

Our Standard Credit Account offers the option to pay for your orders by revolving Terms and Credit, COD Check or COD Certified Funds (Money Order).

For purchases via terms and Credit, all fields of the application must be completed and it must be signed and dated by the owner or officer of the company and you must provide a minimum of three trade references and a bank reference. Businesses that have not been in operation for a minimum of six months are not eligible for credit terms. Please be sure to provide all of the required documents outlined on the credit application and to read all of the terms and conditions of sale. Please allow three to five days for processing an application requesting credit terms.

For purchases via C.O.D. Check or Certified Funds, If you wish to have your orders shipped to you C.O.D. Certified Funds, the delivery driver will accept only a money order or a certified bank check at the time of delivery, you must complete the Standard Credit Account Application, however, you are not required to provide trade or bank references. If you wish to have your orders shipped to you C.O.D. Check, the delivery driver will accept a company or personal check at the time of delivery, you must have a checking account that has been open for a minimum of 6 months and in good standing you must complete the Standard Credit Account Application and the bank reference section. Please be sure to provide all of the required bank information, incomplete applications will not be processed. Please allow two to three days for C.O.D. Check applications to be processed.
 

2. Credit Card Account

If you wish to pay for your purchases with a credit card at the time of ordering, We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. A Credit Card Account Application must be completed, the credit card listed on the application will be used as your primary credit card for purchases, if you wish to add additional credit cards to your account you must also complete a Credit Card Authorization Form for each additional card. Please note, all credit cards are verified with your credit card company, forms that are not completed in full will not be processed. Credit card applications are typically completed within one business day.

3. Charity Auction Account

A charity auction account falls under the same guidelines as our Credit Card Account, however this account is for consigned purchases for golf tournaments, charity auctions or other fundraising events. The items purchased are charged to a credit card at the time of purchase and any unsold items after the event is over are refunded to the credit card, for full details and terms and conditions please visit our Charity Auction section here
