Auction Rules & Conditions

Please read the rules and conditions carefully before you place a bid as bids are not retractable.

• Bidding is for the entire lot of Lot # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6.

• Bids are not retractable, therefore bid carefully.

• This is not a silent auction.

• You will be personally notified if you have been outbid along with the current high bid amount.

• Bid raises must be made in increments of a minimum of $5.00

• Feel free to bid as often as you like.

• Customer is responsible for cost of shipping, freight charges will be added to final bid price.

• If you are the winner, your Sports Images account must be current and in good standing to receive the items.

• You will not be notified if you have been outbid within the final 30 minutes of the auction..

• Absolutely no bids will be accepted after the auction has ended.

• Winners will be declared and contacted the following business of the auction’s end. The winner’s names and company will not be released.

• This is an absolute auction, the highest bidder by then end of the auction will win the lot.
