Retailers & New Customers

Sports Images, Inc. is a Wholesale Distributor; unfortunately, we are prohibited to sell to the general public. However, licensed retailers who can provide the proper documentation may purchase from us once an account has been established.

Establishing an account with us is easy, just follow these simple steps.

1. Ensure that your computer has Adobe Reader, if not, you may download it by clicking the icon below

2. Choose the type of account you would like to open, for a list of our account types click here

3. Select the proper application below and complete the form in full

4. If your business is located in Massachusetts or Ohio you must also complete the corresponding tax form

5. Please ensure any hand written forms are legible and completed in full

6. Fax, mail or email all completed forms along with a copy of your Resale Tax ID to our Credit Manager.
